The Shaker Baker started as a one-woman operation in a home kitchen — sourdough at dawn, croissants before sunrise, and a stubborn belief that Shaker Heights deserved a place where food was made with the same care as a conversation you don't want to end.
Today we're a full bakery and café by day, a warm-lit bar by night. Our pastries are laminated by hand. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who know their farmers by name. And our cocktail menu changes with the seasons — because the best drinks, like the best bread, should reflect what's happening right now.
